My lan driver and device manager are both blank

My lan driver and device manager are both blank. I add my wireless wifi adapter it's not working but when I plug internet cable my internet is working .i want to use wifi adapter how to solve this problem?

Depending on your OS, you first install The WIFI's adapter Drivers.

Are you using a hacked edition of Windows, like "XP Black Edition" or something? Had to ask...

Edit: If not, you need to do a memory test, HDD/SSD surface scan / self-test, and then do a re-installation of Windows, if both of those passed.

If you plug the Wifi adapter and device manager doesn't see it, make sure your USB adapters on the PC have the latest drivers and are enabled
