Hi all,
I've got a set of Labtec LCS-3210 speakers on my PC and
I noticed some static coming out of the left speaker and I
get a bad scratchy static sound when I turn the treble control knob.
I can set the treble to about 1/2 way and the scratchy noise quits.
I'm wondering if I can open the main speaker up and spray some contact
cleaner on the treble control pot (if there is one there) and if that
will clean the noise up?
I paid big bucks for these speakers back in the day and really have
enjoyed them and hate the idea of throwing them away!
Any help would be appreicated.
Thanks,
Jim
