My KT7 Assigns all PCI devices IRQ 11 -- Help Me

I have the Abit KT7 mobo. Win2k shows my Geforce2, AAA-131U2 Raid controller, SB Live and 3com NIC as all using IRQ 11. When the computer goes through bootup and lists the ESCD config, the devices are all set on seperate IRQ's as I had made sure to not place any of the cards into slots that would share IRQ's with each other. Geforce2 is IRQ 5, ACPI is 9, SB Live is 7, 131U2 is 11. Obviously you can't change the resource config for a PCI device. I've tried making many changes in the BIOS to fix the issue such as setting PNP OS to 'No'. I tried setting the IRQ preferences by using the PIRQ settings, still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem ? And yes it is causing issues under Win2K. I don't know how but the first time I got win2k installed on the system the NIC was on it's own IRQ and web pages loaded noticeably faster.
