I had a soccer game last night. I play every Sunday night.
I didn't stretch much beforehand, subbed in for about 10 minutes and then came out. After about 5 minutes I noticed my knee felt really stiff and tight. I figured it was probably because I didn't stretch enough and that I hadn't exercised since the last game.
After going back in, my knee loosened up once I started running around again, and by the end of the game everything was fine.
Today I woke up with my knee a little swollen and really stiff. When I do the "range of motion" I can feel some pain as it bends.
I took 2 Tylenol and headed off to work. It feels better now, but once this wears off I'm sure I'll be back to hobbling.
