My knee is killing me

So I ran a few miles last night, and now whenever I try and stand up from a sitting position to a standing one, I get sharp pain in my knee. Same happens when i bend it at a certain point. Oh yea, it's just m right knee. my left one is workin fine. Any Suggestions?

Where is the pain located? If it's on the outside, it's probably Ilio-Tibial Band Syndrome. If it's right underneath the kneecap it's Patellar Tendonitis, aka Runner's Knee. Anywhere else and I can't help ya

I think it's under the kneecap so I guess Runner's Knee

If it's killing you I would go to the emergency room. But I never heard of someone dying from knee pain.
