I have no idea what brand their fridge is or why they chose it.Originally posted by: Amused
Well at least it's only one fridge.
Why no Sub-Zero? Seems kinda silly with that fridge in that kitchen.

Wow, that is amazing. If I had friends/family like that, I'd feel too ashamed/embarrassed/inferior to ever invite them over to my own place.

There's actually a reason for the symmetry.Originally posted by: Amused

They are religious Jews.
Milk and meat do not mix in the kitchen so they have seperate dairy and meat sections.
It's not necessary to have everything built seperately, there are ways around it, it's just much more convenient.Originally posted by: Amused

My brother's old house was built by Jews. They only had two dishwashers.
Yes, I know. Read through the thread.Originally posted by: jpeyton
For someone 'insanely wealthy', that home is modest. My engineer buddies (and even a few MBA guys) have comparable homes and are nowhere near the 'insanely wealthy' status.

And I ran out of hosting room at bbzzdd.
The house is 18,000 square feet, 1/10th of a mile long. 100mb of pictures and I still don't have pics of all of it.
Denise Richards lives at the bottom of the hill behind his house. I watched that house be built.
What does your brother do for a living?
He was CEO of a networking company. Sold that and recently started another focusing on wireless.
He's self made, just as I am. No family money whatsoever.

Your brother needs to water the lawn.
The lawn looks fine now. It was winter and the sod was just laid that week.
The lawn is the same kind used on greens and trimmed just as short. So it takes quite a while to get just right. It looked like hell for the first year or two.
what city is this?
Ventura County, CA
