I just got my new computer all setup and working but I still have one major problem yet to solve. I cannot boot up my computer with any sort of usb device plugged in anywhere. The boot process freezes all the time. For now what I have had to do is constantly keep a PS/2 keyboard plugged in while I replace the usb keyboard and mouse once I get to the desktop...
The bios version I have is 1.3, and I was going to flash it to 1.7 but I saw in here that 1.3 was as high as you wanted to go thanks to some dual cpu bug or something.. anyway, I can not get dos to boot up properly anyway, it gets to A:\ but when I type C: it says invalid drive specification..
DOes anyone know the solution to either of these two problems? ANy help is greatly appriciated. 🙂
