Normally I have my phone set to wake me up at 8:15 during the weekdays, but since tomorrow's Saturday I do not want it waking me up. What I did then was turn it off in a more efficient method than holding the power button down for 3 precious seconds..that is, I disconnected the battery which results in an immediate turn off.
I put the battery back in then, and sure enough, there's no power on the phone.
However as I set it down I hear my phone vibrate like crazy playing my ring tone. I was all omgwtfbbq I just turned you off, how did you get back to life?
It was the call alarm apparently, a little ahead of itself in the game..and also for some reason it'll ignore the whole phone being off thing and turn itself on for the call alarm.
