my job sucks!!!

I work in this company's accounting department. I do AR (account receivable)...and damn!! this company sucks some serious @$$!! Almost all of their customers never pay off the money, and the pressure is all on me if we don't receive money. GOD DAMN!! They only pay me minimum wage to do this and I have to drive 35 miles one way every morning. They hire me part-time, but they ask me to work from 10am to 5pm...and this afternoon, my boss asked me to start working from 9am!! that means I have to wake up at 7am every morning!!! And the worst thing is that I can't refuse him. I am new at this job ( this is only my 3rd day on the job)...so I don't want to give my boss the bad impression.........GOD!! I only wish they can pay me a little more than just MINIMUN WAGE!!!!!! and hire me as a full-time. After all, I work more hours than some full-time employee.
 
This is my first job. I just graduated from college and I really need some working experience...so that's why I am working for them. I don't think I will stay long in this company..probably another month or so..........................................

You just graduated from college and they're only paying you minimum wage? You are getting robbed. Go talk to your boss and tell him that you're worth at least more than that
 
I made more than that at my first job sophomore year (of high school)... Might I ask why you just went to college for four years to come out and get a minimum wage job, when this whole time you could have worked your way up to a manager at Taco Bell? Just kidding, but you do not need to be working for minimum wage. I would quit. 1 month of job experience is almost the same as none, so just find a first, now second job you can enjoy... Preferably one that will put you near a computer that you can play all day hear with!

They hired you part-time so that they don't have to pay you for vacation time, sick days & offer you benefits. That's just wrong IMHO. Like littlezipp said, you wouldn't put 1 month of work experience on your resume, so leave now and find a more reasonable situation.

Don't quit before you have another job lined up. It is pretty though these days.
 
you can deliver newspaper like i do before you get another (better) job .. the pay is good and the job is not bad, no pressure or anything ..
