My job is...

...just something i do.

job != life -- in my case. i leave work issues at the office, and work has almost zero influence on my time away from work.

Ideally, a job would become an extension of your life, because you enjoy doing it so much. I'm still looking for such a job, I think that would be great. Imaging waking up and feeling envigorated to go and do something challenging that you enjoy. I can't think of a better feeling. Currently though, my job is something that I do. Voted accordingly.

my job is something that i do, but i like what i do. however, i make a very clear distinction between work and home activities.

I enjoy what I do, but its really just a means to an end... $$$

And that end is the means to another end...:beer::beer:

Same here.

Hey, I love my job, but it's still work. If I didn't need the money, I'd be sitting on the beach right now.

I love my job, it is a part of me. I built up my own business, my job is also my hobby, though that gets expensive, so no more of that. My job is interwoven in me. I can do my job till the day I die, or my hands quit working, whichever comes first.

If, by job, you mean a position for which you receive pay, then mine doesn't exist. As a Domestic Goddess, however, I get everything my husband makes and that is as it should be. 😀
