my IT teacher is stupid

I am not very happy. I am a year 11 at a top school in Australia, and my IT teacher does not know her stuff!! Listen to this and tell me if you guys think any of its correct..

She believes that floppy disks have 1.44 WITH system files, and 1.32 WITHOUT
She believes that the standard CD-R disk holds 750MB
She believes that DVD's hold 3GB-7GB
She believes that DVD's are only interactive because they are dual layered
She believes that floppy disks get viruses really easy over an other storage

Please tell me if you guys believe any of these to be true

in terms of removeable storage, I'd buy it.

edit: what is the class for? some of the best programmers I know are totally clueless when it comes to anything hardware-related and viceversa.

Update: She believes that Laser Printers are crap because they have dedicated memory as most bubblejets do not. She believes that laserjets cannot print large documents because they have their own memory, and that they cant print documents with borders, she believes these to be 'limitations' of the laser printers

lol, laser printers are better than other printers in every way except cost and size.

Exactly, she just doent get it, I mean, obviously my school uses laser printers. When she said that she used to be head of the IT department 10 years ago, I laughed my head off!

Oh that's nothing. I remember when taking my Novell class, we'd ask our teacher what to do during installation and he's say stuff like, "I don't know, pick something". Guy was clueless. Came so close to demanding my money back.

I havnt once made a comment or made gesture towards her at all; as far as she knows, she thinks that i am taking it all in and learning. But the point is, she may be the teacher, but is teaching things that isnt true, which defeats the whole point, in fact it is actually worse than learning at all
