Anyone what type of mobile desks Valve uses? Our dept. received some extra $$$ to come up with some great ideas and change how we work together.

Have them spend the money on a good VPN and vmWare VDI setup so everyone can work from home.
 
I'd kill for a working heating and cooling system where I work. I'm tired of 60 degree winters and 80 degree summers in the office.
