my IRIVER

I have a IRIVER mp3 player and it wont go from the turn on screen to accseing the music....it just stays in the turn on screen....anyone know how to fix/get past this screen to listen to music???

check with iriver, you might have to reload the firmware or clean up hard drive ? Try to update firmware and see what happens ?

um cant clean up hard drive...wont let me padt open up screen.....im thinking maybe reset button???

in the manual pictures, I don't see a reset button. JUST CALL IRIVER NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have the manual? If you don't, I'm pretty sure you can download it.

Yeah, call iRiver support. I've called them and talked to living people. 🙂 They're probably not there right now (Silicon Valley), but call tomorrow. Until then, you could try removing and replacing the battery. That fixed my IMP-350 when it did that.
