My iPod Nano is froze-Help ME!

I just got done trying to put rss on my nano (just got it today). After I did, I click on one of the feeds and nano freezes. It won't turn off, go back, anything. It is stuck, isn't recognized by computer, and the screen is staying on bright. How can I reset the ipod even if I lose my music, it's fine. Help me!

oh gosh i was scared. hold down menu and select for 6 seconds and it resets. Oh i feel good now.

Call Apple tech support. Just to check if they know what RSS feeds are. I bet they do not.
