My iphone 6 has lately been getting very hot!

My iphone 6 has lately been getting very hot at the position just below the ear speaker.
Any ideas what could be causing it?

This happens during charging and taking a phone call.

That's the magic trying to escape. Makes sure you hold the phone tightly when using it otherwise it will turn into a Samsung.

Likely getting hot in that particular area due to the processor via Samsung. Thread on here discusses the issue.
