I have OOL (Optimum Online, Cablevision)

I HATE them. You upload too much they cut off most of your bandwidth (really have to watch it, keeping under ~15kB/s is safe I think, but you can do "burst" uploading, no more then full speed for 5 minutes.)
Can't wait for FiOS to get over here (might be a while considering we have underground wiring here).

Mine at home is 5mbps/~1.5mpbs except when I went home this weekend. It was only 800kpbs. It took me forever to download Ubuntu, and I can't do it at my apartment because we are capped at 250mb per 24hrs. It sucks.
