My instant messaging programs are running soooo slow

Hey guys,

I was deleting some files the other day and using some add remove software to get rid of ad/spyware. Now my IM programs (aol and msn) run so slow. When I message someone they lock up for about 5 seconds then send the message. During this time you can use other windows programs but the IM programs act like they are locked up. Anyone got any ideas as to what I did?

spyware prolly damadged your internet connection, tools like lsp fix/winsock fix can correct this. removing the stuff from add/remove does not get rid of the really nasty part of spyware, just gets rid of the cover program (usually), download lsp fix and winsockfix (depending on your operating system) after going thru the steps in my removal guide, try using some of those tools.
