My Infinity g20 feels bumby while driving

I know what the "shimmys" are, and this is not them. It almost feels like I'm driving in high winds, bumping back and forth sparatically. It usually starts somewhere around 75 to 80 mph, and seems to only be on certain sections of the freeway. The guy behind the desk at AAA, after scolding me for going 80mph on the freeway, suggested that the wheels were cheap and this was the cause, and that my g20 was only built to go 65mph (grrr). My dad suggested that it was the ruts in the road, which might explain only certain sections. Any ideas?????

I noticed that my G20 did this yesterday as well. I think it is because the suspension bushings are worn out. But then again my car is 16 years old and Oregon's roads suck.
Check the tire balance first, then the alignment and then the bushings.
