It should be at 133mhz x 20 = 2.66ghz
However I'm sitting here in cpuz and i see that the multiplier is jumping all over the place.

It usually sits at 133mhz x 12 = 1600mhz
sometimes at 133mhz x 15/16/21

What can I do to fix this :(.
help will be appreciated

Dynamic multiplier. This is to save energy. Ramps up when you need it. You should be able to turn this off on the BIOS.
