Does anyone have any experience with this? I've played around with it, but I'm not having much luck with even turning down the volume!! Yes I read the instructions, but nothing seems to be working like it should. I also can't change the radio stations, as the instructions say I should. I hav'nt yet downloaded any songs yet, hopefully that will go alright!

I'm a total noob with the whole mp3 thing, so please bare with me!

It may need a firmware update? Try browsing their site, see if one's available by download.

yes, check your firmware, also check and see if there is a "hold" feature on the device, that might be enabled
