My HP 400i keeps giving Power Calibration Errors

I just had to format my PC and reinstalled all the apps and tried burning a DVD with the result of a power calibration error and a disc fixation error.

I've tried burning at lower speeds but it either gives a power calibration error or just a write error. Nothing I try works and I just got this drive from best buy in February.
