Hi guys.
Just finished the game.

And this is my honest review.

I'm tempted. I've been looking around for a decent PS3 JRPG and coming up rather short. $60 seems a bit steep though since I'm certain there are some older games worth $20 worth playing right now, I just don't know the names of them (and none of them are available for download directly on the Playstation Store).

Man, I just want all games to be sold digitally already. Ugh.

Is this another story that wasn't accepted by movie studios so I'll make a click-read-click-read-click-read game that tells my story with very little interaction? or is there some actually role playing in this game?

I'm not too sure about what you mean by role playing, but keep in mind that Ni no Kuni is a JRPG, and JRPGs tend to be more about letting you play a story rather than "live" the story.
