I think boinc manager is dependent on boinc-client and it will be removed automatically when boinc client is removed. It definitely wouldn't hurt do try removing boinc-manager and boinc as well after - worst case scenario it will just tell you the packages are already removed or aren't on there to remove.

I just tried sudo apt remove boinc-client on my machine and it comes up and says this as part of the dialog, so it should remove them automatically:

The following packages will be REMOVED:
boinc boinc-client boinc-manager boinc-virtualbox
