Any pork served above 160 degree (medium) is over cooked.

Well done Steak = ruined Steak If people want to cook the hell out of something, why not do it to something cheap like hamburger instead?

Yea I like like steak medium to medium-rare. Rare is just too chewy too me. Well-done is too dry.

I have to agree, Steak is my hero. A nice medium-rare ribeye, with flame kissed grill marks and a plump baked potato salted on the outside with tons of butter and sour cream and fresh chives. Maybe a little bleu-cheese on the top of the steak and a nice spicy Caesar salad before the steak and a nice IPA...mmmmm so full of win it's ridiculous!
