My Head Itches =(

I don't know what I did...maybe I forgot to rinse out the conditioner or something, but my head itches like a b*tch this morning. Mainly in the back area, seems the more i scratch, the more it spreads. Not going to be a fun day of work 🙁

Wash your hair w/ apple vinegar cider tonight and it will cure all. I swear by the stuff... it's a miracle. I used to have bad dandruff for years and I used it twice a week - it never came back!

Assuming it's not lice or some other nasty bugs, go to the bathroom and rinse your head in the sink. That will help rinse out the conditioner or whatever.

tried that actually. I really don't know what it is. I'm sure its not bugs, I think it just needs a good washing in the shower.

Did your hair ever come back?

I have a thick head of hair... always have. It doesn't smell pleasant, so make sure when you use it you do at night. Then follow it up w/ a good shampoo.

Grab a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and wash it off on your scalp, at first it's going to burn, then it will kill the itch and any other unwanted microbes forever!!! Becareful...don't open your eyes either 😛
