I been with small company for about a month everything is good except its commute from NYC to NJ, pay only once a month, no match 401k, insurance sux but everything is good and community growing rapid rate


this new company will come back to me with final offer tommorow morning
job will be more operational that me stuck with telephone and computer all day
i will be working with aircrafts, probably drive on the ramp( that was fun)
job is at my old airport much less commute, a lot of my friends and coworkers are in same airport, i know customs inspectors, i have established identity there
