How do I go about this? Is there any software I need? Any good guides you can recommend? I also need to know how to reinstall everything.... =/

This is Vista Home Premium 32bit BTW. Can provide more info if you need.

Back up and minute. What problems are you having? Are you sure it's purely a software issue. Going through the effort of reinstalling an OS on a bad drive is never fun.

Well, I DL a lot of stuff, deleted it again (Bad DL speeds), tired again, have half complete installs all over my HDD, games I'm going to get rid of, etc. There's so much stuff, I'm just gonna empty the entire disk.

I see you also posted under Computer Help. I would follow what corkyg said and boot to your Vista disc and do a repaired install. After that you'll need to run a windows update to reinstall all the vista patches.
