What model drive is this? How old? What does the S.M.A.R.T. test show?

The smart info shows over 33K bad sectors, and 5 re-allocated. That is the information sentinel uses. What do you mean you can't find any?

Take a screenshot of the SMART statistics.
If you see any pending or actual reallocated sectors, I'd ditch that drive in a hurry.

EDIT : Holy sh*t! 33K rellocated sectors? I'm surprised you don't have digital herpes yet!

i can't find any bad sector on surface test
Surface test only checks sectors that have not been reallocated. However, that high of a reallocated sector count typically means that the drive is on the way out. Soon.

You should copy everything off the drive immediately, hope that no new bad sectors show up while you were doing so, and replace the drive is soon as possible.

Have you noticed any other slowdowns, long boot times, etc.? If your hard drive is crapping out, it could cause drops in FPS, although I'd expect that to look like periods of low framerate alternating with normal behavior, and not just consistently low FPS.

More typically, if you drop your graphics settings through the floor and are still getting low FPS, it's a CPU bottleneck. Depends on the game and your CPU.
