In short, maps load extremely slow or do not load at all. I have heard there is a procedure to follow which will allow me to send my disk in and I will get a new one sent back to me. Does anyone know what I need to do? I checked the Bungie.net site and I couldn't find anything short of a phone number which I am willing to call, but I would like to try and find out what needs to be done before hand.
I got the disk as soon as the game was released and it worked fine back then. I got the standard version. There are no scratches on the disk.
