So my knee has been acting up lately and I thought I'd take a break from running and do a bike workout instead. I don't have a bike, so coach let me use his. I biked 15 miles, doing 2-mile intervals, and his seat is like a chunk of metal! No cushioning at all, and I could feel the pressure on my grundle. Now my grundle's all sore and even sitting hurts :Q Not only that, but I forgot just how tiring biking is! I can 15 miles, albeit slowly, no problem, but man, my quads were burning keeping 15 mph for the 2-mile intervals! How do you guys do it? 🙂
