My graphic accelerator keeps on failing

P4 3.2ghz
Corsair 1gb pc3200
ati 9700 pro, driver version 6.14.10.6467
xp pro
monitor samsung 213t

i have always run my system on 1600x1200 resolution. but lately, when playing warcraft, my graphic accelerator fails on a few occation. when it fails, it would just go blank, and then in a few seconds it would come back on again (after the vpu recovers automatically) if it happens a few times in a row, my whole system would just froze.

Do you have the latest drivers installed? And what are your temps like?
