My grandmother died yesterday

at the age of 93 years. She was born in 1915. Its a shame that i never got to really know her. Shes been in her 80s throughout my life and has not been able to do much at that age.

My grandmother is getting up there, mid 80s or something. I really am going to have make more time for her. Shes a pretty cool old lady.

Howd she die.

Sorry to hear about your loss. My grandmother (88) passed away as well a few months back, and in the months leading up to her passing she experienced similar symptoms (good days, but bad days too where family/friends were not recognized, vision problems, bouts of anger, etc.).

Sorry to hear that

My grandpa died on the 21st of last month. His birthday was the 22nd and the whole family was gonna have him a BD party that Sunday. My brother woke me up the Saturday morning giving me the news. He was gonna be 89 years old. I visited him quite a bit and am happy with the time I got to spend with him. He had a few medical problems and everyone figured he only had a few months to live. He lived 2+ years after finding out his conditions. He was a strong man and will be missed.

93 is a good number.

My great-grandmother lived to be 103 and could remember WWI up to about Reagan. She could tell you all about the Great Depression but not what she had for dinner. I'll always remember her for what she said about 10 years before she died. She said she wanted her casket to have a rotisserie so the people that visted her could kiss her cheek and everybody else could kiss her ass.

I lost my grandmother almost a year ago and it's still painful. She lived about a 3 miles away from me growing up, so I was very close to her.
