My grandfather died today.

As of 12:10PM Mountain time My grandfather has passed away. He went in Saturday for stomach craps and it was found that some how his intestines managed to rupture. He went in for emergency sergury and things looked well. As of today his heart gave out and he passed.
This weekend now officially sucks royally.
Right now I have no idea what is going to happon right now...my grandmother is going to be having it very hard now 🙁


 
My condolences. I honestly know what you're going through as I recently lost my grandmother and grandfather within a few months time period. He fell down and broke his hip and then things just got worse and worse and he eventually died of some kind of an infection. May your grandfather RIP.

yea..

i remember in my 3rd year of college...2 grandparents died within 30 days of each other...
it was a horrible feeling...because of having to see my mom deal w/ it...

 
I know how it feels. I lost my grandfather last month at age 83. Just now am i truly starting to realize that he is gone and miss him.

The funeral is tough, but just remember, it gets better.
 
Sorry to hear that.. I've lost both my grandparents on my fathers side. I'm extremly close to the grandparents on my mom's side. I dread the day something happens to them. I think about it often. Wish we could live longer... I can only hope the christians are right and we will all again be together someday.....
