Don't lose hope just because the docs say he only has 6-8 months left if he survives this. Your granddad might just fool them and live on for many more years to come.

Also, have him look into some herbal medicine. Even tea. It might help him out a lot.

yeah. He's got lung cancer and most likely has cancer in the limph nodes around the heart and lungs. Oh yeah: his bone marrow isn't working. It's just worn out or something. His red blood cell count is only about 29,000 where it should be around 55,000

Im sorry to hear that, my grandpa had lung cancer too, hospice is great they were very good to my gradpa.
