I was surprised this Golden Orb design works pretty nifty. It uses centrifical force to push air along the outer fins where it radiates off the tapered ends of the fins. It has probably more overall mass than any other heatsink I've used on a PPGA celeron, but its working just as well as advertised. Since it works and was reasonable in price, I won't complain.
