My google-fu is failing me, help?

I bought this 12 volt bluetooth a2dp device from here :

I would like to buy 1 or 2 more, but at $30 + $9.99 flat shipping, it seems a little expensive.
I would think something like this I could buy on ebay for $10. But i can't find anybody selling it anywhere on the web. Usually, I can find stuff like this, with some searching, but this time, no.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, I saw that when I was searching. I would like something that I can wire directly to 12v power. The device you showed connects to a USB cord for power. I think that would only be 5 volts, so I would have to have some kind of adapter from my 12 volts down to 5 volts for the device. I would like to avoid this, if possible.
The device I bought, does this, it seems it would be available from a knock off vendor in China though for substantially less money.
