they are "provisioning" it. thats what they said 4 "2 hour" promises ago.

Sprint is probably the worst carrier of the bunch. Actually they all pretty much fall short of satisfactory. I haven't tried Nextel but I'm told they have their problems too. Sprint was great when they came into town, now they are too big to take care of the customer's needs. They just don't seem to care anymore.

As you said, I don't have any trust in the employees at sprint. They never seem to understand. Sometimes it's a language barrier! We do speak English in these states of ours don't we!?

I've been looking to dump sprint for months now, I just can't find anyone who is any better.

Make sure they give you a month for free for the inconvenience!!!

Sprint unfortunately is the most bang for the buck service where I live. You have to pay an arm and a leg to get the same thing out of Verizon or Cingular.
I won't even consider Nextel as they have no romaing. Leave a Nextel service area and your screwed. At least with Sprint you can roam. Also they finally put up towers where my wife's parents live which makes life a lot easier when we go out there for a few days.

Same here freejack. Unfortunately, my parents house is out of range for service and my job is on the fringe so I always have to step outside to take a call. Also, I don't even get service in my house! But you are correct about service package. Plus I still have the same package from 3-4 years ago. But as far as reliability and overall satisfaction, they are in the lousy. Verison is better for service and signal strength.
