My girlfriend has a concussion and she lost consiousness!

We were wrestling, she hit her head on the bed and fell down like a sack of rocks, woke up a minute later with me saying "do I need to call an ambulence?" And now she's got a killer headache and a concussion... WHAT DO I DO? Obviously I'm not going to load her into a car and drive all the way to the hospital if all she needs is rest but I don't know what to do! I got her an ice pack and she said she isn't supposed to sleep... Any more?
