I played drums like 4 times on it. I can bet I can count the # of songs I've played on my fingers. I finished last night and I put the drumstick holder back up and one of them just sunk inside the drum. I looked at it more and as I tried to pull it up the whole thing just fell in. I managed to dig my fingers in and fish it out and I found out the whole thing just snapped off. It's supposed to screw into the flat surface of the drumpad frame and the thing it screwed into literally snapped off so its still screwed in. Is this returnable?
Wow, wtf. I've had my set for 2 weeks and it's BROKEN. Return on Amazon or would it be easier to RMA with Activision? I would hate to pack up something like this. I've heard about RB1/2 doing advanced RMAs where they hold onto your credit card, but it just makes life easier because they basically give you the box to ship back with.
Oh and of course one of my cymbals wasn't sensitive enough so I already ordered a tuning kit but I guess this drum set is crappier than I thought.
