Verizon tells me they cant block it because it isn't a 10-digit phone number. And they have no way to block all incoming international calls to my phone.

Is there a way to spoof a country code, so maybe it is a prank? They keep leaving creepy messages. Has anyone heard of this before?

Play a fake "you have called 290383847543, this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service" message for the spammer.

It's hard to say why this is happening. Pics of your gf?

Bahaha I don't know why this made me laugh. Maybe it's the complete indifference to OP and asking straight for pic without shame.

sometimes I wonder if Verizon has bots sending out spam texts to gouge the customers.

You say they are calls for your g/f but then you seem to imply in your second sentence they are to your phone.

If they are to your phone but presumably for a female, are you just assuming they are specifically for your g/f? Do they refer to her by name? Do they seem to know this is your phone?

One other question, does the man talking have a Nigerian accent? Have you ever heard a true Nigerian street-english accent, because it's much different than a British accent. I've been around Nigerian street-thug types when they were talking with each other and their English was nearly incomprehensible, it's that heavily accented.

Just some questions here to help you narrow down the source of this annoyance, which could be simply random.

It sounds like a movie is playing in the background, or the radio..nobody speaks.

Well it is my phone plan so I had to call..but the calls are going to her number.

I spoke with verizon again, they are going to try some "back-end" blocking method to see if it will work. She said if it doesnt work I have to call law enforcement or change the number. Thanks Verizon! ...

Her Congolese boyfriend is trying to get her forwarding address to send for the abortion payment?

I have thought of this.......just to be sure, I counted her tampons to make sure that she is using them.

Verdict: Either not preggers with my Congolese step-son, or the dogs are eating her tampons.

Sounds mostly like an honest mistake.

Since they already have her number, just man up and call them back using her phoneat around the same time of the day they have been calling you/her and clear this up, one way or the other.
