the part of chino hills that she lives in nice and clean. i noticed the majority are up and coming whites and hispanics. its a pretty much the burbs out there. she wants to move to a more liveler place. like westwood, hollywood or pasadena

I guess it's good that I'm an up and coming hispanic then. And I like the burbs. As long as it is safe and clean then I'll be looking into it. The prices are just so much better than here in Orange County(Brea). And it will only be for about 5 years anyway. Anyway, thanks!
