well after 2 years and 1 month, she called it off tonite...She wanted to still be friends but I said no..it's better I left her alone and she leaves me alone so I can get over it without any undue lingering feelings.. I do care for her and love her but she is too immature to realize what a real relationship is about..sad but true..as in all things, time will heal all...just wanted to vent a little..thanks.

Sucks man... I'm really sorry to hear it. Good call on putting distance between you two. It will help, and the pain will pass.

I feel for you, man. Good call with staying away from each other. Being friends after a breakup is so damn hard to do. Good luck with getting over it, and best wishes for your future.

The hardest part is the first week and then you will slowly get over.. if you need to talk just email me.

Why do some people ask for photograph of the female figure whenever relationship problem occurs to others?

Hmmm...this response won't mean much to you now but I think you should just move on.

I'm guessing you're young and I know you live in Southern California. Open your eyes to the joy of single life...Get a haircut, eat some garlicy fatty food, and scratch yourself--it's good to be a man unattached!

<< I'm 25 >>

Awesome...I suggest you go galavanting. Also, a few drinks with a couple *good* friends never hurt anyone trying to recover :)

I didnt know you were 25 and she was 20.. for some reason I thought both of you were under 21 or around that.

I wouldn't say that... :)

6 yrs. here and I broke up !!!!!!!!

At least u have the brains nOT to stretch it !!! Believe me that hurts.....when either one does it !!!

Tantos, I'm sorry, but you sound like the immature one in this case. First off, you come up with this false impression that she just called it off suddenly on one eerie night. Nothing occurs overnight and the fact that you didn't seem to recognise that in your statement shows to me you must have been dreaming in a your own universe whilst she cried aloud or silently to you--you listened not.

I think she has matured but you haven't. It's a good thing you said no to the friendship thing, especially since you still have feelings for her. It won't work and almost never has, unless you were close friends before you ever started dating. :)

Things happen for good . . . move on, for no one is indispensable. :)

luvly: when does crying because I had to go to a close friend's bday party instead of going to her brother's recital make me immature? You can't expect me to spend every waking hour of my life with her and totally ignore my friends..That was one her reasons, that my friends have so much of my time..Now am I immature?
