I have a Globalwin WBK38. It has the very loud 7K Black label Delta & a coolermaster heatsink with the same fan.

Why does the Coolermaster cool my processor better then my Globalwin with the same fan?

The Globalwin is almost 25% bigger then my coolermaster, but what i dont understand is why does the Coolermaster cool better.

Any comments/feedback on the matter is greatly appricitated.

THanks In Advance.

I don't see what's "generic" about the Coolermaster, they are well engineered, AMD approved fans. What's the RPM of each fan? Is the fan running low on the Global Win? Just because a heatsink has a 7K RPM fan doesn't mean it's efficient.
