The problem, artifacting, low framerates, tearing, horrible edges. Videos of problem/ I tried two systems, with a number of 7950 and 7900gt. Same issue. The thing is, I have three power supplys, one is a coolermaster 500w sli, the other is a antec 550, and the third is a 750watt thermaltake power...
Yes temps are perfect. I got 30 c on cpu, 40 on gpu. Nothing is overclocked, unless the auto on the system is doing that which I doubt.

This shows you more of how it looks... it is fine when you are still but as soon as you move, it starts ripping/tearing everywhere. I tried both v snyc on and off with aa and af all the way up... nothing.
I tried about 18 different drivers, with driver cleaner in safe mode. Fresh installs, everything!
My specs for both systems, evga 680, 2 gig of patriot, and core duo 2, same ram for both. Now my old system was a asus m2n sli deluxe, amd 3800 single core.
Ram and psu are the only things that are the same on both systems. with my first build with the 3800 system I had an overheating board which killed my system, ram was on that.
I need help guys, I don't know what else it could be. Maybe ram, maybe psu. Three power supplys I tried, could that still be it? Or ram.... I tested the ram and it showed up fine.
On a side note, nvidia control panel has little to no effect in game. For example, aa and af not working.
