He can't get a 5700 for less than $80, at least not at NewEgg. The best NewEgg has for that price is:

I have no idea why it has 256 MB of memory. The card does have a 128 bit memory interface, which is a good thing.

GeForce FX5200 - 128 bit

Just make sure to get something with a 128-bit memory interface if possible, and not 64-bit, there is a noticable performance difference.
