They have been playing together for about four years, since high school and are still together in college. I'm really impressed by what they've done with the demo, its the first recording they've done in a real studio.

Anyway, I thought someone out there might like it, lemme know what you guys think.

EDIT: ok stick with the first song... I'm not so sure about the other two.

Man - the room is certainly full of dicks tonight
This isn't bad for a demo. Yes, some of the vocals could be a little more polished, but that kind of stuff comes with more studio time. There are some EQ problems with the final mixdown. Some of it is personal taste, but I find the some of the crispness around 12kHz or so a little offensive to listen to.

There's a certain Floydian quality to the "Certain" song that I rather like and despite what many are thinking, the vocals in the "no more" song remind me of Johnny Cash. I think that could really work with tracks that are a little more cleaned up.

Keep playing, man. The world is a better place with new music.

SuperPickle: You nailed it for me as well.

A good console jockey and more studio time will make a world of difference. Sounds like they're on the right track.

No, the singer's voice is horrible.
