A group from Cal Poly went and he got picked to go down second. Well fifth if you count the first four separately.
He missed the first one, then got the second. Gets on stage, is DYING of excitement, then they bring out the game and it's High/Low or something like that where each number in the price is either higher or lower than the one given.
Bob then proceeds to hype up the prize like it's a new car, as always, and brings out a BRAND NEW PIANO!
The game is explained and the whole time my friend is thinking about it and already knows what to do. He has 30 seconds to choose.
GO! TICK TICK TICK TICK DONE. FOUR SECONDS. He gets it right in four seconds and hits the buzzer.
Goes to the wheel, wins that by like 5 or 10 cents. Goes to the showcase as the high winner, bids on the first showcase and gets within 3000 bucks, the other lady was within 5000.
He wins the piano, a 24 ft Fleetwood trailor, and 2 4000 dollar trips to chicago and aspen.
We both go to CP from Alaska, I know him from high school.
It airs february 7th, I can't wait to see!
