Here's the story. Rob had a bunch of obnoxious things happen to him at once. He was caught at a party with underage drinking and had to waste two days clearing himself. He got a ticket in a horrid speed trap. And then he got in trouble with a misdemenor which ended up on the cover of a local newspaper (embarassing).
He's feeling pretty upset at the world right now. And even though some of the things that happened could have been avoided, try your best to cheer him up!
Compliment him (even though you don't know him), tell him he's da man.
