My friend is probably going to be expelled for not doing his homework. If he doesn't turn it in tomarrow he will be expelled. I talked to him and he said that their is to much work to do in such a short period (tonight). I need some advice here, thanks. :disgust:

Expelled or suspended? Doesn't sound right. Typically they just fail you!

Anyhow, tell him to try. They might just want to see his response. Give it a real attempt. Contrary to popular opinion most teachers/administrators are not evil.
 
How long has he not been doing his homework?

Why don't you just tell him to DO IT? Stay up all night. If you can't get one night's worth of homework done in over 10 hours then you have a problem.
 
If its private, try to muster some support into getting everyone to quit the school.

We will see how much they like it when their profits all suddenly pick up and leave. I bet if you get a pretty good number of people (whether they are serious or not) they will let him back in instantly - the mighty dollar would reign supreme.

Of course it would be impossible to organize something like that, it would be so awesome to screw them royaly.
 
if you don't do your homework twice in a week you get suspened....

I can't do his homework, he is in 10th grade and I'm in 8th...
 
First, your school is on crack. It might do him a favor to transfer to a better, non-smoked-up one.

Secondly, however, it will lead to bad habits. Homework is a waste of time, but not doing it is a possible waste of a future. It's not your job to help him, since he's older, but I'd suggest you hint to him that he's screwing himself. But keep in mind he might intentionally be doing it to get out of your overly-strict school, so don't be too hard on him.

Not a good idea. How will the friend learn if the work is done for him?? That's not something you even want to joke about.

Get your friend to crack down and do as much as possible. Feel free to help him out, but do not do the work for him.
 
i would think it's his parents job to make him do his homework (considering they have to pay for him!!!). but i agree, if he can't do one night's homework in one night...how is he gonna survive in college? 😛
