I found out yesterday, but wanted to get more info to be sure.

I have known him for about 5 years and he was a very good man.

I feel so sad now. 🙁

McMILLEN, Dean
McMILLEN, Dean Gordon - Suddenly passed away at London Health Sciences Centre in London Ont. on March 2nd 2009, in his 38th year. Dean is survived by his parents Donna and Tom McMillen of Mississauga, and his sister Sheri and her husband Paul of Melbourne Australia. He leaves his two loving nieces Caitlin and Hannah. He will be fondly remembered by his aunt Mary and uncle Marty Kings of Kitchener, and cousins Sean and Christine, P.J and Suzanne, Ryan and Michelle, and Maya Kings. He will also be sadly missed by his grandmother Ethel Harris of Richmond Hill. Dean was predeceased by his grandparents Mabel and Gordon McMillen of Brantford. Dean was born in Brantford Ont. was educated at Mentor College in Mississauga and then graduated from Fanshawe College in London. His love of cars and mechanics led him to McMaster Motors in London where he had worked for many years. Friends will be received at McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Road North, Brantford, on Sunday March 8th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 9 Waverly Street, Brantford, on Monday March 9th at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in St. Josephs Cemetery, Brantford. apparently he went in for an operation and didn't come out of the anesthesia.

WTF, another one? I'm sorry to hear that.. 🙁

One of my coworkers had his dad pass away this week..a buddy of mine lost his grandfather - and his grandmother is in the hospital, and a well-known member of another forum I'm on passed in his sleep..at 20yo.

I remember this kind of thing happened a couple of years ago to Pete Wilson, a popular news anchor for Channel 4 here in the Bay Area. He went in for some typically safe heart operation, but never woke up.
